Does this look like a good CD mix?
I ask because I care.
1. "Me and My Town" - Anyone Can Whistle
2. "A Bit Behind" - The Goodbye Girl
3. "Another Hundred People" - Company
4. "Madelaine" - Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris
5. "You Are Not Real" - The Apple Tree
6. "Good News, Bad News" - The Goodbye Girl
7. "Adolpho" - The Drowsy Chaperone
8. "She Likes Basketball" - Promises, Promises
9. "Bachelor's Dance" - Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris
10. "Into the Words and Weekend in the Country" - Forbidden Broadway Volume 2
11. "A Weekend in the Country" - A Little Night Music
12. "Cold Feets" - The Drowsy Chaperone
13. "Not Getting Married" - Company
14. "You Can Always Count on Me" - City of Angels
15. "The Little Things You Do Together" - Company
16. "The Apple Doesn't Fall" - The Rink
17. "Everybody Says Don't" - Anyone Can Whistle
18. "Chekhov" - Birds of Paradise
29. "Sondheim's Blues" - Forbidden Broadway 2001: A Spoof Odyssey
20. "You're Nothing Without Me" - City of Angels
A lot of these songs were requested, so I got a little snarky and creative with the placement of some of them. I was wondering if I should have kept in "Where Is the Warmth" from The Baker's Wife, "Dames at Sea" from Dames at Sea, or "Well, Did You Evah?" from High Society. I mean, I haven't actually burned this yet. Also, I wanted to included some Gypsy and West Side Story, but I just couldn't decide on something consistent.
I really don't make mix CDs, which probably explains why a lot of people freak out when anyone asks me to play DJ, a la Seinfeld.
I didn't get a lot of writing done this weekend.
